bn66 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Agreement for Pakistani Players

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

2.1 By registering an account on the bn66 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with bn66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the contractual agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2.3 bn66 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

2.4 If you do not agree with any modification to these terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance by contacting bn66 support.

3.1 To register and maintain a bn66 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your location;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended for violations of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bn66 or its affiliated companies.

3.2 bn66 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bn66 will result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.3 If you are uncertain about the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before using the bn66 Platform. bn66 does not provide legal advice and the provision of its services to a particular location does not constitute a representation that such access is lawful in that location.

4.1 To access real-money gaming features on bn66, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Member account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, a secure password, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one bn66 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. bn66 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts belonging to the same individual, whether active or dormant, may be suspended and associated balances forfeited upon detection.

4.4 Account registration is free of charge. bn66 does not charge registration fees. Any deposit you make represents a voluntary transfer of funds to your bn66 Real Money Balance for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bn66 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

5.2 bn66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA links your account to your registered Pakistani mobile number and sends a one-time password for each login from an unrecognised device.

5.3 Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bn66 support immediately. bn66 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred because you failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5.4 bn66 will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from bn66 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent. Report such communications to bn66 support immediately.

5.5 bn66 reserves the right to log you out of active sessions after a period of inactivity as a security measure. The standard inactivity timeout is 30 minutes of no detected account activity.

6.1 As part of its obligations under applicable international gaming licensing standards and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, bn66 is required to verify the identity and age of its Members. KYC verification may be requested at registration or at any point during the lifecycle of your account.

6.2 When requested, you must provide the following types of documentation within the specified timeframe:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence issued by a Pakistani authority;
• Proof of Age: Any of the above identity documents confirming date of birth evidencing you are 21 years or older;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and current residential address, dated within 90 days;
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds used to deposit into your bn66 account may be required.

6.3 Pending KYC verification, bn66 may restrict withdrawal functionality while permitting continued depositing and wagering at its discretion. No withdrawal will be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.

6.4 All KYC documents submitted to bn66 are handled in accordance with the bn66 Privacy Policy. Documents are processed securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable licensing or legal obligations.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method and are displayed within the account deposit interface.

7.2 Deposited funds are credited to your PKR Real Money Balance. Deposits made in USDT are converted to PKR at the rate applicable at the time of credit. bn66 does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

7.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Minimum PKR 500; processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts;
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank: Minimum PKR 1,000; processed same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PST;
• USDT TRC20: Minimum $10 equivalent; processed within 1–4 hours;
• SadaPay: Minimum PKR 500; processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts.

7.4 bn66 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. The Platform will notify the Member of any such delay in a timely manner.

7.5 Only Real Money Balance (funds derived from deposits and legitimate winnings, excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) may be withdrawn. Bonus Balance and Golden Bank coins that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

7.6 Deposits must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without genuine wagering activity may be treated as an attempt to use the Platform for financial transaction processing, which is prohibited under these terms and applicable AML regulations.

8.1 bn66 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, and cashback offers. All such promotions are subject to the general bonus terms stated here and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

8.2 Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are generally not withdrawable in their own right. The wagering requirement for each bonus must be completed before any portion of the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

8.3 Golden Bank Coins are earned automatically on all real-money wagers across cricket betting, casino, and slot games. Coin accumulation rates may vary by game category. Coins convert to PKR Real Money Balance at the rate applicable at the time of conversion, which occurs on a scheduled daily cycle at midnight Pakistan Standard Time. Once converted, Golden Bank PKR credit is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is established.

8.4 bn66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's account, any modification will not affect the bonus already credited unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

8.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Members who create multiple accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts suspended and bonus balances forfeited.

8.6 bn66 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these terms, or through exploitation of a technical error in the bonus award system.

9.1 All wagers placed on the bn66 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a wager. bn66 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the relevant game or market rules.

9.2 Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets on bn66 cover pre-match and live in-play events including PSL, Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is, as well as other sports markets. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Live betting odds update in real time and may fluctuate significantly during an event. bn66 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

9.3 bn66 reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• Bets placed on an event that has already been decided or abandoned prior to the bet being placed;
• Bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (manifest error);
• Bets placed through any form of arbitrage, exploit, or system that takes undue advantage of pricing errors;
• Bets placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions;
• Bets affected by a verifiable technical malfunction of the Platform.

9.4 Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot games on bn66 operate under published theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages determined by the game provider. Individual game results are determined by certified RNG systems. The house edge built into each game's mechanics is the Platform's only commercial advantage — bn66 does not modify or manipulate any game outcome.

9.5 Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games, including the EVO Live section, are operated through third-party certified dealing studios. Physical dealing equipment is used and streamed live. Once a round's dealing procedure has commenced, bets cannot be modified or cancelled. The results of live rounds are final.

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn66 Platform:

• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, disrupt, or manipulate the Platform's systems, software, or data.

11.1 bn66 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively promotes responsible gaming practices among its Members. Gaming on bn66 should be treated as entertainment only — never as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bn66 Members from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on maximum net losses over a specified period. When the limit is reached, real-money play is paused automatically;
• Session Time Controls: Set reminders and time limits on active gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without bn66's prior written consent.

12.3 The bn66 name, logo, and associated trade marks are proprietary to the Platform. You must not use any bn66 trade marks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or that falsely implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by bn66.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

13.2 bn66's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 bn66 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from:

• Platform unavailability due to technical maintenance, system updates, or force majeure events;
• Delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Bets void under Section 9.3 of these terms;
• Fluctuations in the PKR value of USDT or other cryptocurrency deposits.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit bn66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.1 If you wish to raise a dispute with bn66, you must first contact bn66 customer support through the official live chat channel or by email at [email protected]. You must provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date of the disputed transaction or event, and a clear description of the nature of your dispute.

14.2 bn66 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and will aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time; in such cases, bn66 will keep the Member informed of the progress of the investigation.

14.3 If a dispute relates to the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, bn66's decision — informed by its technical records, third-party game logs, and applicable game rules — shall be final and binding unless the Member can demonstrate a manifest error or system malfunction.

14.4 All formal dispute communications must be submitted in writing (via email or live chat transcript). bn66 does not accept verbal complaints as the basis for formal dispute proceedings.

15.1 bn66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Material changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations will be communicated directly to registered Members via their registered contact details.

15.2 Your continued use of the bn66 Platform after the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

16.1 bn66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A Member has provided false or misleading registration information;
• A Member has been found to be under 21 years of age;
• A Member has engaged in any prohibited activity described in Section 10;
• A Member's account shows patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crime;
• bn66 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

16.2 Upon account closure for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any Real Money Balance — excluding Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements and Golden Bank coins pending conversion — will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.

16.3 Upon account closure for breach of these terms, bn66 reserves the right to forfeit any balances in the account, including Real Money Balance, Bonus Balance, and accumulated Golden Bank coins, where the balance arose in whole or in part from the prohibited activity that led to closure.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bn66 holds its applicable international gaming operating licence.

17.2 By accepting these terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to your use of the bn66 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified by the governing jurisdiction.

17.3 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity.
